  Greg is the most compassionate, carring, kind, and helpful human being you would ever dream of needing at such a difficult time. I will always deal with Greg when needed. He was fantastic with our family. He went way above and beyond everything we expected. Your loved ones could not possibly be in better hands.

  Awful!!!! I grew up in the Ortonville/Lake Orion area but now I live out of state (North Carolina). Recently a dear family member passed. My family, that also lived in NC, traveled to Michigan to complete the arrangements and chose Sparks-Griffin out of necessity. I was not able to make the trip to Michigan, so I ordered a floral arrangement to be sent to the funeral home on my behalf and condolences. It wasn't until after the service I learned that the floral arrangement I had paid for was never received by the family! I called the florist, and they confirmed delivery and offered to call Sparks-Griffin to see what had happened to the arrangement. Sparks-Griffin then confirmed that the arrangement was displayed at the WRONG funeral service, even though the card was clearly marked! So now, I am out the hard earned money I spent on the floral arrangement. Worse off, my family left the Lake Orion area shortly after the service to begin their 12+ hour drive back to NC and no one was able to pick up the arrangement from Sparks-Griffin. When I called Sparks-Griffin to express my frustration, the lady on the phone said, "I'm sorry, but we had so many flowers coming in for a later funeral, we just put them all together." I am very frustrated and upset that not only was my money completely wasted, but my family did not get to see the symbol of love and condolences I had sent in the place of my absence.
